Certain Organizations unable to post Deposits in the new Register

Following our release of the new Register experience yesterday, Organizations may have been unable to add Deposits based on the presence of a setting pertaining to an unrelated feature. Our team detected the issue first thing this morning and prepared a fix which was released around 11am PT.
