Users were unable to create/refresh connections with Raisely from March 9th through March 12th

Resolved

From March 9th through ~noon PT on March 12th, there was an issue preventing organizations from creating a new connection (or refreshing an existing one, which happens on a set schedule) between Aplos and Raisely for its donation processing capabilities. That issue has now been resolved.
